Example End of semester reports End of term, semester or year reports are likely the most common mode of assessment. This format provides students and their parents/carers a detailed account of student strengths, weaknesses and achievements during a set period of time. The report below is an example of an end of term document distributed to the student and their parents.
Example The importance of keeping accurate records For educators to be able to write accurate reports, they must keep records of student assessment results and achievements during the school year. This collection of data can occur in many forms but must be consistently maintained and accurately recorded. During my recent placement, I was shown my mentor teachers data collection systems and given the opportunity to collect and maintain data throughout my placement.
