Example Participation in 'Beginning Coaching General Principles' Skills and knowledge acquired during the completion of professional development courses or training clearly benefit students as educators are up skilled and aware of best contemporary practice. As part of a university Physical Education subject, I completed the 'Beginning Coaching General Principles'. This was extremely useful and I learnt a great deal. I have been fortunate to be able to demonstrate acquired skills during my recent teaching placement and have observed high levels of student engagement.
Example Participation in 'Coding (using scratch) for beginners' training I learnt a great deal during this recent professional development session and have since been able to use knowledge gained in the classroom. Students have responded well to this. My increased knowledge has consequently benefited them in a positive way, as I am now proficient in the use of this ICT program.
